  1. Transporter who owns transport fleet

  2. 3rd party transporter, Transporter who “does not own” transport fleet
    1. Need to notify Mahyu on date of pick up, truck and driver detail information to activate monitoring and tracking features

a. International Transporter upload: business, identify and customs brokerage licenses.

b. Domestic Transporter upload: business and identity licenses.

Additional person in charge will get notification of business activities.

Transporter builds up driver identity that will link to vehicle.

Transporter builds up vehicle identity.

Transporter builds up domestic routes.

International transporter to add airline routes: origin to destination countries.

a.Domestic routes from origin to destination, or origin-destination-origin

  1. Pick up from shipper at origin – deliver to consignee at destination.
  2. Pick up from shipper at destination – deliver to consignee at origin (return trip).

b. Domestic routes serve as pick up outgoing international shipment: shipper location to airport.

c. Domestic routes serve as last mile delivery of incoming international shipment: airport to consignee address.

a. To add detail origin and destination flight route.

b. To add detail pickup and delivery charges.

c. To add detail of administration fee.

d. To add detail schedule route.

Transporter 3rd Party

Transporter who does not own their vehicles, use sub-contractor

a. Input company information, and select 3rd party.

b. Upload necessary documents for verification processed.

a. Build up schedule (transporter does not enter vehicle and driver management).

b. Enter route management.

c. Enter schedule shipment route.

a. Transporter does not have return trip.

Domestic Pending – Acceptance New Shipment 

New Shipment does not have available routes to select

a. Unavailable transporters. *

b. Shipment is placed into pending status basket.

a. Transporter check email and notification.

b. Transporter makes new route schedule shipment.

a. Shipper checks email and notification.

b. Shipper reconfirm shipment.

c. Shipper select transporter.

a. Transporter accepts new shipment request.

a. Shipper receives proforma invoice.

b. Shipper receives schedule reminder.

c. Shipper credit line amount is reduced.
