Transporter

1. Registration

Transporter and Shipper registration processes.

2. Register Profile

Transporter build up company profiles information

  1. Transporter who owns transport fleet
    1. Input management menu
    2. Input: Truck, driver detail information
  2. 3rd party transporter, Transporter who “does not own” transport fleet
    1. Need to notify Mahyu on date of pick up, truck and driver detail information to activate monitoring and tracking features
3. Upload Documents

a. International Transporter upload: business, identify and customs brokerage licenses.

b. Domestic Transporter upload: business and identity licenses.

4. Add PIC

Additional person in charge will get notification of business activities.

5. Drivers

Transporter builds up driver identity that will link to vehicle.

6. Vehicle

Transporter builds up vehicle identity.

7. Add Domestic Routes

Transporter builds up domestic routes.

8. Shipper Receives New Pre-alert Routes
9. Add International Routes

International transporter to add airline routes: origin to destination countries.

10. Domestic Schedule Routes

a.Domestic routes from origin to destination, or origin-destination-origin

  1. Pick up from shipper at origin – deliver to consignee at destination.
  2. Pick up from shipper at destination – deliver to consignee at origin (return trip).

b. Domestic routes serve as pick up outgoing international shipment: shipper location to airport.

c. Domestic routes serve as last mile delivery of incoming international shipment: airport to consignee address.

11. International Schedule Routes

a. To add detail origin and destination flight route.

b. To add detail pickup and delivery charges.

c. To add detail of administration fee.

d. To add detail schedule route.

Transporter 3rd Party

Transporter who does not own their vehicles, use sub-contractor

1. Register profile

a. Input company information, and select 3rd party.

b. Upload necessary documents for verification processed.

2. Input route information

a. Build up schedule (transporter does not enter vehicle and driver management).

b. Enter route management.

c. Enter schedule shipment route.

3. Shipper select 3party transporter

a. Transporter does not have return trip.

4. Transporter 3rd party receive notifications and confirm acceptance.
5. Shipper receives notification

International Pending Shipment-Reconfirm-Acceptance

1. Shipper new international order and select transporter at origin and destination countries
2. Transporter at origin receive notification & email of new order
3. Transporter at destination receives notification & email of new order
4. Transporter at origin reject new order
5. Transporter at destination receive notice of cancellation
6. Shipper receives cancel order notification, to re-confirm shipment
7. Transporter at origin receive notification & email of new order
8. Transporter at destination receives notification & email of new order
9. Shipper receive pro-forma invoice and reminder of shipment date
10. Shipper to view driver and truck identity at origin and destination countries

Shipper

1. Shipper Register Profile

a. Business and Individual.

    i. Corporate.

    ii. Individual or Personal.

b. Upload Documents.

2. Shipper Input New Domestic Shipment

a. Input detail shipment.

b. Select available domestic transporter.

Domestic Flow Process “Accepted by Transporter”

1. Transporter - Domestic schedule
2. Shipper - Domestic order & select transporter
3. Transporter - Notification new order & accept

a. Transporter – Receives work order notification.

4. Shipper - Receives proforma invoice & view truck and driver identity
5. Mobile Application - Driver pickup shipment & proof of pickup
6. Shipper - View proof of pickup receipt and track shipment
7. Transporter - Monitor shipment
8. Mobile app - Driver deliver shipment & proof of delivery
9. Shipper – Notification final invoice

a. Shipper – View proof of delivery receipt, Confirm and Payment process.

10. Mahyu Admin - Verifies payment
11. Shipment in shipper history record

Domestic Pending – Acceptance New Shipment 

New Shipment does not have available routes to select

1. Shipper new shipment detail

a. Unavailable transporters. *

b. Shipment is placed into pending status basket.

2. Nearby transporters receive pre-alert of new incoming shipment

a. Transporter check email and notification.

b. Transporter makes new route schedule shipment.

3. Shipper receives email and notification

a. Shipper checks email and notification.

b. Shipper reconfirm shipment.

c. Shipper select transporter.

4. Transporter receives email and notification

a. Transporter accepts new shipment request.

5. Shipper receives confirmation notification

a. Shipper receives proforma invoice.

b. Shipper receives schedule reminder.

c. Shipper credit line amount is reduced.

Note: Next step process refer to (Domestic flow process “accepted” by Transporter) item 5 Mobile Application – Driver pickup shipment & proof of pickup.

International Shipment Flow “Accepted by transporter at origin and destination”

1. Shipper - new international order & select transporter at origin and destination
2. Transporter - at origin accept order
3. Transporter - at destination accept order
4. Transporter at origin receive work order

a. Transporter at destination receive work order

5. Shipper - receive notification & pro-forma invoice
6. Mobile app – at origin pick up shipment & deliver to airport
7. Shipper receive notification, view pickup & deliver to airport
8. Transporter at origin custom handling

a. Shipment on board

9. Transporter at destination notification

a. Customs clearance processed

b. Customs clearance completed

10. Mobile app – Driver pick up shipment & deliver to consignee
11. Shipper final invoice

a. Payment
