Note: Mahyu’s mobile application features a comprehensive route with a return route option, seamlessly integrated to provide real-time price breakdown, invoices, operation notifications to both shipper and transporter. These notifications include details of incoming vehicles and driver IDs. Additionally, the application facilitates the transmission of work receipts, documentation requirements and detailed descriptions of pickup and delivery items, all in a real-time environment.
– eCommerce International Logistics
Note: The eCommerce logistics (parcel) system integrates items purchased with corresponding HS codes, automatically linking them to the duty and taxes applicable in the destination country. This unique system also integrates barcode labels of items with invoices, linking them automatically to our partners server through our API features. Shipper has its flexibility to choose real time payment option in within the platform. All information involving the work order is converted into Excel format for convenience purposes during customs inspection.
– International Air Transport
Note: Mahyu systematically integrates land transport with the air transport feature, encompassing both the pickup of outgoing international shipments and the pickup of incoming international shipments. Our detailed pricing breakdown includes air freight, land transport, customs, pickup, and delivery charges. Through our mobile application, users receive notifications at every stage, from the warehouse at the origin, work in progress, to the warehouse at the destination country. Additionally, we provide updates on the status of customs handling at the origin and customs clearance at the destination country.
– Mobile Application Management
Notes: Our proprietary mobile application seamlessly integrates with our custom map system, tailored for each specific country. This application provides route directions, detailed information on items and required documents for pickup and delivery, and allows driver-users to submit receipts with detailed consignee names to our server. This information is then accessible to all involved users through our online monitoring menu.
– Warehouse Facility Management
The warehouse service in the Mahyu system is seamlessly integrated with both domestic and international transport services, facilitating the smooth transfer of incoming shipments for storage or distribution to end customers. Shipper who requires warehouse services can search by city and country, followed by the type of warehouse service needed. The system provides comprehensive details for each warehouse, including available equipment, pricing rates, and the surrounding area where the warehouse is located. Furthermore, shippers will receive a bi-weekly summary report detailing the movement of items in and out of each warehouse location, along with the inventory levels.
– Partner Administration System
Mahyu operates as an independent technology company, focusing on providing logistics platform services. It collaborates with independent partners in designated areas to represent Mahyu’s interests and deliver its services in a new digital environment. These partners have complete access to Mahyu’s logistics services and functionalities, empowering them to categorize users (including Business and Consumer users, Domestic and International transporter/forwarder users), handle accounting and administrative duties, customize parameter settings, and monitor user activities. The administration tools provided to our partners allow them to effectively oversee operations, payment systems and ensure compliance with Mahyu’s standard operating procedures.
